A key aspect of the glossaries is being able to easily find the term we are looking for. To do this, a series of very useful filters have been provided to classify the terms.

  • Source: the source of a term is where it appears, be it a book, a newspaper article, a web page... It can also happen that the same term appears in different sources (for example in a novel saga) and you want to reflect all of them.
  • Category: a name by which you want to classify the term. For example, if the glossary includes names, you can classify them by cities, countries, rivers, people...
  • Tag: other less specific classifications you want to give to the terms.

Tags can be added from the terms (either by adding a new term or by editing one) or from the glossary settings. Coordinators can also disable tags from the glossary settings.
